The scholastic year is from April 2020 to March 2021

SCHOOL HOURS 

  I  –  X                                 7.50  a.m.   to   1.30  p.m

Pre Primary                       8.30  a.m   to   12.30  p.m

Every pupil is expected to be in the school ten minutes before the assembly bell i.e. by 7:40 a.m. so as to attend the school general assembly every day.

OFFICE HOURS

The school Office will remain open on all working days of the School from 7.45 a.m.   to   12.30  p.m. All business will be restricted to these hours.

The teaching staff may be interviewed by parents/ guardians during his/her free period by previous appointments and approval of the principal.

Parents are strictly forbidden to go directly to the class of their child on any business without a written permission from the office.

PRINCIPAL’S OFFICE HOURS

8.30 a.m   –   10.30 p.m

The Principal may be interviewed from Monday to Friday except on Wednesday and Saturdays between 8.30 am and 10.30 am or by previous appointment on Wednesdays.

No school business will be transacted on holidays
